Steven Keckler is a skilled process metallurgist currently employed at ThermTech of Waukesha, Inc. since November 2018. Prior experience includes serving as a graduate research assistant at Montana Tech of the University of Montana, where research focused on the mechanical and material properties of laser additive manufactured 316L stainless steel. Steven has also worked as a laboratory technician at the Center for Advanced Mineral and Metallurgical Processing, preparing and testing mineral and ore specimens for SEM-MLA and XRD analysis. Earlier roles include internships at Bell Helicopter, conducting feasibility studies for automated SEM-EDS and developing process standards for XRD calibration. Steven holds a Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Montana Technological University.

Being added are: 2 3500 lb capacity I/Q furnaces for Carburizing and Direct Hardening of steels. 1 Super 36 I/Q furnace for Carburizing and Direct Hardening of steels. 2 Austempering furnaces for hardening of Ductile Iron Castings. 1 Vacuum Carburizing furnace with an integrated Oil Quench for 86XX series of Alloys. In 2008, ThermTech was awarded the "Heat-Treater of the Year" by Industrial Heating Magazine.
