Tim Komar

Tim Komar is currently the Director of Human Resource Development at ThermTech of Waukesha, Inc., a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, Tim served as a Quality Manager from 2011 to 2018 and as a Plant Manager from 2003 to 2010. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, followed by a Master of Business Administration there as well. Most recently, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2022.
