Michael Jia

Michael Jia has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael is currently working at theScore as a Senior Software Engineer since December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at CatalX from May 2019 to November 2020.

From January 2015 to May 2019, Michael worked at Sage as a Senior Programmer. Michael led a team of 6 members in the Canadian office and contributed to the development of Sage's major online accounting product, "SageOne," using Ruby on Rails, React, and MySQL. Michael also worked on mobile app development using Xamarin, .NET, and Rest API.

Before joining Sage, Michael worked at Graphically Speaking as a Senior Web Programmer from January 2006 to December 2014. Michael started their professional career as a Student at Simon Fraser University from 2005 to 2009.
