Mike Gamble

Mike Gamble has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mike started their career as a Security Officer at OLG in 2005 and later held roles as a Surveillance Dual Supervisor and Surveillance Supervisor. In 2013, they became a Corporate Compliance Officer at OLG, where they received the OPAL Award for developing the Enterprise Compliance Framework Risk Assessment tool. Mike also provided insightful reports and dashboards for compliance data. In 2019, Mike joined Great Canadian Gaming Corporation as a Senior Compliance Officer, where they developed internal and external reports related to the COVID-19 pandemic and compliance performance. Mike then moved to PokerStars as a Compliance Specialist, responsible for casino product compliance and risk management. Mike joined iGaming Ontario in 2021 as a Senior Analyst, contributing to the successful onboarding of private gaming operators into the regulated market and leading the development of risk management tools and analysis. Currently, Mike works at theScore as a Compliance Manager, specializing in sportsbook trading.

Mike Gamble attended the University of Guelph from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice & Public Policy. Following that, they pursued further education at the same university from 2015 to 2021, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy (Honours).
