Ranvir Rai

Ranvir Rai is a Design Director at These Ways, leading a multidisciplinary team in driving meaningful change through design. With 20 years of experience in innovation, strategy, and leadership, they have managed transformation projects across public and private sectors, focusing on creativity and strategic clarity. Ranvir was co-founder and managing partner at Innovision Consulting and served as a Business Design Director at Designit Oslo. They are also an Associate Professor at Høyskolen Kristiania, where they research and teach disruptive service innovation and design thinking. Ranvir holds a PhD in Service Innovation from BI Norwegian Business School and has authored works on design-driven innovation.
