Following this, they worked as a headhunter at CRED and CoinDCX, where they focused on building teams and recruiting top leaders. Currently, Jay co-hosts Small Talks and serves as a founding partner at TheSocials, emphasizing customer success, while also contributing to product go-to-market strategies at Peerlist.
