Tomi Numminen is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Thestra since September 2025, Numminen also holds significant positions as a member of the Board of Directors at Bone Index Ltd. and as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Biomendex and AtSauce Oy. As the founder of Endicum Ltd., Numminen has been involved in strategic leadership since January 2010. Previous leadership roles include Chairman positions at Uniogen and Injeq, as well as Executive Chairman and CEO roles at Bioretec Ltd. A graduate of the University of Turku with a Master’s degree in Economics, Numminen brings a wealth of experience in corporate governance and business development.
