Engineering

The Engineering team at The Switch is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing megawatt-class permanent magnet generators and full-power converter solutions for renewable energy applications, including wind and solar power. The team comprises specialists in mechanical, electrical, and thermal design, as well as engineers focused on research and development, manufacturing, quality, and customer project management. Their work also includes providing technical support, field services, and ensuring product reliability and efficiency across international production facilities.
