Candice Bender

Candice Bender has a diverse work experience. Candice is currently the Instructional Design Manager at Sigma Kappa Sorority, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the National Vice President of Programming at Theta Phi Alpha starting in July 2022. Candice also has experience at Theta Phi Alpha as the Coordinator of Programming from August 2017 to March 2022, and as the Interim Director of Growth and Outreach from August 2021 to January 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Training and Development Specialist at the University of Michigan-Flint from 2016 to 2017 and as an Administrative Assistant at Gsquare Holdings, LLC DBA Steel Master from 2013 to 2014. Their other roles include Student Services Assistant at the University of Michigan-Flint in 2013 and Personalization Specialist at Party City from 2010 to 2013. Candice also worked as a Live Events Lead Intern at Townsquare Media from August 2012 to December 2012.

Candice Bender has a certification in Program Design from the Leadership and Training Institute, which they obtained in 2018. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Early Childhood Education from the University of Michigan-Flint.
