Mark Sisk

Assistant Director, Residential and Community Services at TANGRAM

Mark began his career with Tangram in 2011 as a direct support professional and was soon thereafter promoted to the position of program manager. He has supervised various sites around Indianapolis, most recently as the program manager overseeing one of Tangram’s group homes. Mark brings over thirty years of management experience in retail, Medicaid waiver sites, and group homes to his role and has an amazing ability to connect with clients and staff. His strength is forging relationships with clients and helping them achieve the outcomes they desire. In his role as assistant director of operations Mark hopes to continue the path of helping people achieve their goals and build lives of purpose and meaning. Mark is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and holds a certificate in Developmental Disabilities Training. In his spare time, he enjoys antiquing, crocheting, and spending time with his family, including his beloved pets.
