Ivan Leysen

Ivan Leysen is a Belgian business executive who currently serves as the managing partner at TheValueChain, a management consulting firm. Ivan has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in the IT industry.

Leysen began their career in 1983 as a project lead at Solid Automation NV, a Belgian automation company. Ivan quickly rose through the ranks and became the IT manager at BIG, an information center for dangerous goods, in 1996. Two years later, they joined Arcelor (Recyfin) as a project manager.

In 2005, Leysen joined Ordina Belgium NV as the business unit manager for SAP, a German software company. Ivan held this position for six years before joining TheValueChain in 2011. Under their leadership, TheValueChain has grown to become one of the leading management consulting firms in Belgium.
