The business world is truly more connected than ever, no matter where business is conducted across the globe. At times, matters arise. That is when you need a law firm that cares enough to give you and your case the personalized attention that is needed and deserved. Our attorneys take the time to understand your needs and goals to help you achieve them. We will create a tailored strategy and be more prepared than other law firms. We relentlessly fight side by side with you as your partner to get the results you need to rectify your matter. The only law firm that offers you that level of personalized care, knowledge, expertise, and results is THEVOZ & Partners.

THEVOZ & Partners was born when the partners of the law firm Heim Paschoud Thévoz Weniger, founded in 1875 by Louis Paschoud, decided to create a firm specializing in the field of tax law in 2014, thus was the genesis of THEVOZ Avocats. In July 2022, THEVOZ Avocats became THEVOZ & Partners. Our English and French-speaking attorneys provide you with guidance and representation in international business law, complex litigation, United States and Swiss tax law, compliance, regulatory consulting, financial law (banking, cryptocurrency, blockchain), technology law, and arbitration.

A key focus of our firm is specialized areas of international law related to 28 USCS § 1782(a), aka Section 1782. We assist international attorneys located outside the United States in matters related to conducting discovery and obtaining information and documents located in the United States to gain a significant advantage in foreign litigation proceedings.

Another key focus of our firm is the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), a United States law that requires United States citizens living at home or abroad to file annual reports on any foreign account holdings they own.

THEVOZ & Partners has office locations in the United States and Switzerland. When you need us we are ready to serve you.
