The leaders in your organisation need to communicate in an engaging, memorable, authentic and purpose driven way.

Our Storytelling workshops and 1-2-1 coaching offer will enable them to build these skills to better inspire teams and connect more deeply with clients and other stakeholders.

You can tell a lot about the culture of an organisation by the way they communicate with each other: is this fundamental skill helping or, or the lack of it hindering, your place of work achieve all its potential?

We are all storytellers, but often in a work context this uniquely human skill falls by the wayside. Jargon, corporate speak, interminable slide decks and an odd formality can replace truly connecting with an audience. This then makes it harder for them to hear, understand and believe the messages that are being shared, and even less likely to respond positively to the call to action.

The right stories, told well, tailored to an audience and brought vividly to life will achieve so much more. We can help your leaders learn to structure and deliver your communication in a way that will consistently land well. Whether they are launching strategy or bringing to life what the comms team have prepared, our coaching and workshops will transform them into communicators people want to listen to.
