Sharon Pickup

Sharon Pickup is an Acumen Fellow and currently serves as the Team Lead and EDI Lead at The Wise Group, where they are shaping an inclusive work culture and promoting core values. They also lead diversity and empowerment initiatives at Essential Learning Curve and are a Head Coach at NEJJKA, providing martial arts training. With extensive experience in empowerment work across hospitality and support sectors, Sharon has developed programs to assist individuals in overcoming personal challenges and achieving their goals. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Get Staffed Hospitality and Community Support Worker at Home Group, where they facilitated community projects and supported vulnerable populations.
