Tom Johnston

Tom Johnston is a business transformation expert with a strong background in leading strategic and operational change programs across various organizational scales. Currently serving as the Performance Transformation Lead at The Wise Group, Tom previously held significant roles, including Head of Change & PMO at SSE Renewables and Head of Business Improvement at TUI. With a BSc (Hons) in International Management and German from the University of Bath, and a Diploma with Merit in Purchasing from London Metropolitan University, Tom has successfully driven large-scale international transformation initiatives and developed commercial strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and performance.
