Mark Gunter

Mark Gunter has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Mark began their career in 1989 at Trans World Airlines as an Accounting & Audit employee. Mark then moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City in 1994, where they held the same role. In 2000, they became the Controller at Greater KC LINC, Inc. In 2012, they took a role as Finance Manager - Affiliates at The Kauffman Foundation, where they were the financial point of contact liaison between the Foundation and four affiliated stand-alone 501(c)3s. In 2013, they became the Vice President of Finance at the National WWI Museum and Memorial.

Mark Gunter attended Shawnee Mission East High School from 1976 to 1979. Mark then went on to The University of Kansas, where they earned a BS in Business & Accounting between 1979 and 1984.
