Jaanus Kivistik

Jaanus Kivistik is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, consulting, and startup development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at TheyDo since December 2023, Kivistik is involved in transforming Customer Journey Management within a fully remote team. Previously, Kivistik held significant roles at Veriff, including Advisor and CTO, helping scale the company to become one of Europe's unicorns and generating tens of millions in revenue while building a team of 150 engineers. Kivistik co-founded Kudujad.io, creating an IoT platform that significantly enhances development efficiency, and served as CTO at Yoga Systems and Streamtainment Systems, focusing on home automation and cloud technology. As the Head of Core Backend Systems at Skype, Kivistik was integral in developing infrastructure for high-availability systems. Kivistik holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Tallinn University of Technology.
