Kiran Kambo has extensive experience in customer success leadership, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at TheyDo - Journey Management. Previously, Kiran held the position of Vice President of Customer Success (Global) at Synthace, and was the Head of Customer Success (UK) at Entertainment Partners. Additionally, Kiran worked as the Customer Success Lead at Unmade Ltd, providing maternity cover for the Chief Commercial Officer.
