Peter Schaab

Peter Schaab is a seasoned software engineer with a robust background in backend development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at TheyDo - Journey Management since October 2023, Peter previously held the position of Head of Engineering at helviX GmbH, where leadership of a 10-member software engineering team led to significant improvements in development processes. With experience as a Technical Lead and Senior Consultant at TNG Technology Consulting, Peter specialized in building scalable IoT solutions and data streaming platforms. Earlier roles included working in information security at Siemens and contributing to web development and research at the Technical University of Munich, where Peter earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Management and Technology.
