Ilana Marks

Ilana Marks serves as a Producer at THG since August 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with creative teams and managing timelines and budgets for project development. As the Creative Director and Owner of ILK Workshop since October 2015, Ilana has led freelance projects and partnerships with notable organizations such as Bob Baker Marionette Theater and Normal. TV, producing award-winning content like the web series Pop’s Culture. Previously, as Project Manager and Specialty Fabrication at Bob Baker Marionette Theater, Ilana established a project management structure for the historical site. Ilana's tenure at BARTKRESA studio from June 2015 to August 2023 as Senior Creative Producer involved optimizing creative processes and overseeing the production of 100+ shows globally. Early career experiences included roles at SB Nation, ShoConcepts, Rival Pictures, and The Jim Henson Company, complemented by an MFA in Theatrical Design from The University of Texas at Austin and dual degrees from North Carolina State University in Art & Design and Textile Technology.
