Alan Yip has extensive experience in customer support and operations management within technology companies. Currently serving as Datacentre Operations Support Manager and previously as Datacentre Operations Support Team Lead at THG Ingenuity Cloud Services since March 2021, Alan has effectively managed support operations. Prior to this, Alan was Support Manager at Exactal from October 2016 to December 2019, leading a team of five support engineers to cater to large strategic customers. Alan also held significant roles at Ahsay Systems Corporation Limited, first as Senior Customer Support Supervisor, directing a team of 12, and earlier as Customer Support Supervisor, where engagement with high-value overseas clients and mentorship of staff were prioritized.
