Stephen Eldridge has over 19 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Starting in retail sales at Currys, Stephen transitioned to a customer service role at Aria Technology Ltd. Stephen then served as an Incident Manager at Vodafone for over a decade before taking on the role of Major Incident Manager at dentsu international. After a period as Service Operations Lead at dentsu, Stephen currently holds the position of Service Manager at THG Ingenuity, beginning in November 2025.
