Stephen Taylor is the Head of Talent at THG Ingenuity, where they oversee Talent Acquisition across various divisions, including tech, finance, and marketing. After initially training as a PE teacher, they transitioned into tech recruitment, gaining experience at Digital Gurus and Oscar before joining THG. They have played key roles in improving recruitment processes and candidate experiences while managing teams and collaborating with C-suite executives. Stephen's educational background includes a PGCE from Edge Hill University and a BA in Coach Education and Sport Development from the University of Bath.
