David Fairhurst

David Fairhurst started their work experience at P B Beauty in 1994, where they held various roles such as Filling Operator, Line Service, and Warehouse Operator. David progressed through the company and eventually became a Shift Leader. In 2007, they joined L F Beauty as a Process Senior Supervisor. In 2012, David joined THG LABS as a Process Manager, responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes. David then moved up to become the Head of Process and Engineering, leading both teams and overseeing the production and maintenance processes. Currently, David holds the position of Head of Process at THG LABS, where they manage the Process Manufacturing and Process Scale up teams.
