Adrian Kotus

Adrian Kotus is an experienced Operations Manager at THG since December 2018, overseeing kitting production operations with a team of 65 across multiple production lines, while ensuring efficiency optimization, quality control, budget planning, and supply chain support. Prior to this role, Adrian served as Inbound Shift Manager and Learning & Development Coordinator, where responsibilities included team supervision and the development of training standards. Previous experience at Amazon as a Learning Specialist involved managing a team of ten Trainers, and as a PIT Administrator, leading a MHE standardization project in Central and Eastern Europe. Adrian's career began at Electrolux as a Warehouse Administrator and Production Planner, with a focus on organizing logistics to meet production needs. Adrian holds an Engineering degree in IT from the Informatics and Economics University and a certification as a Medical Rescue Worker from the Social and Medical Services University.
