Aisha Faison has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at THG since November 2017. In this role, Aisha leads strategic planning to align the vision of People and Operations, conducts Learning Needs Analysis, and designs career progression interventions in collaboration with the Leadership and Development Team. Aisha also manages a team of L&D Specialists and Coordinators while fostering relationships with stakeholders and agency partners. Prior experience includes positions as a Learning and Development Senior Specialist and QA Technician at THG, a QA Specialist at ZirMed, and QA Tester/Business Analyst at Bank One/Chase, along with customer resolution roles at Citigroup and financial administration at World Wide Logistics. Aisha's foundational education was completed at Oak Ridge High School from 1989 to 1991.
