Alice Harper has extensive experience in the ecommerce and beauty sectors, serving in various leadership roles at THG Ingenuity since September 2016, including Managing Director for Beauty and Ecommerce, as well as General Manager and Global Head of Trading. Prior to this, Alice gained insights into law and marketing through short-term work placements and workshops at firms such as Simmons & Simmons, Norton Rose Fulbright, and Reed & Mackay. Educationally, Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Durham University, which was completed between 2013 and 2016, and is a graduate of Newport Girls' High School.
