Beth Jackson has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of People for Customer Service and Customer Experience at THG since February 2017. Previously, Beth held roles at THG including Senior People Manager, Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Administrator. Prior to THG, Beth was a Store Manager at Sim Trava from September 2010 to February 2017. Beth holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a BTEC National Diploma in Business Management from Mid Cheshire College. Education was completed at Weaverham High School.
