Jim Proffitt

Jim Proffitt has significant experience in the field of information technology and cybersecurity. Since February 2016, Jim has served as the Cyber Security Operations Lead and Information Technology Support Team Lead at THG. Prior to this role, Jim worked as an IT Technician and Dialler Controller at various call centres from March 2013 to December 2015, where responsibilities included deploying IT infrastructure and managing autodialler systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Business Information Technology from the University of Wales and has completed a WJEC Level 3 Certificate in Welsh Second Language. Currently, Jim is enrolled in a MOOC on Web3 Technologies, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrencies at the University of Nicosia, scheduled to complete in December 2025.
