John Gould

John Gould is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Head of Operations Planning at THG since September 2018, previously holding the role of Operations Planning Manager. Prior to THG, John worked at Walgreens Boots Alliance from September 2015 to September 2018 as Department Manager for Boots.com, managing a team of up to 500 people and overseeing a weekly budget exceeding £250k while facilitating over 14 million orders annually in the UK. John began a career in supply chain through a graduate scheme at Boots, where key placements included both supply chain and in-store experience. John completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies at Loughborough University from 2011 to 2015 and undertook an undergraduate placement at Boots UK from July 2013 to August 2014.
