Mark Foster

Mark Foster currently serves as General Counsel at THG Ingenuity since January 2025 and has been the Legal Director at The Hut Group since January 2012. In this role, Mark is responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice, including the negotiation of commercial and technology contracts, assisting with acquisitions and integrations, negotiating construction contracts, offering regulatory guidance, managing litigation, and advising on data protection matters. Previously, Mark worked as Deputy General Counsel and Solicitor at DLA Piper from September 2005 to December 2011, focusing on commercial and technology contracts within the Intellectual Property and Technology team. Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Liverpool and completed training at the College of Law in Chester between 2004 and 2005.
