Martin Chambers is an experienced educator and technology advocate currently serving as an Executive Committee Member at the Tasmanian Society for Information Technology in Education since July 2016 and as a Board Member for the Australian Council for Computers in Education. With a focus on promoting the effective use of ICT in education, Martin has been involved with Digital Careers as an Educators Advisory Committee Member since January 2016. Martin has been a teacher at The Hutchins School since January 2007, specializing in senior Computer Science and Information Systems classes, and has a history of leadership roles in technology education at Dominic College and Rose Bay High School. Prior experience includes serving as Content/Research Manager for NetAlert Limited, Australia’s first Internet Safety program. Martin holds an MBA in Internet Marketing from Charles Sturt University, a Master’s Degree in Education, and a Bachelor's in Applied Science from the University of Tasmania.
