Ryan Ackroyd

Ryan Ackroyd is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Lead Penetration Tester at THG since September 2020, Ryan previously worked as a Cyber Security Technical Consultant and Trainer at QA Ltd from 2015 to September 2020, teaching courses in System and Web Application Penetration Testing, Cyber Security Operations, and more. Ryan also held the position of Associate Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University from 2014 to 2015, where responsibilities included delivering lectures and restructuring the Information Systems Security syllabus. Earlier experience includes service as an Infantry Soldier in the British Army from 2007 to 2013, focusing on encrypting military communications and combat communications.
