Sarah King

Sarah King serves as the Global Head of CRM for LOOKFANTASTIC.COM at THG, where responsibilities include managing over £60 million in annual revenue and overseeing a database of over 4 million active UK customers. With extensive experience in CRM strategies across international markets, Sarah previously held roles such as Head of CRM and Senior CRM Manager within THG, significantly enhancing team performance and customer engagement. Prior to THG, Sarah worked at STA Travel, where key achievements included a dramatic increase in customer engagement through personalized journeys and the management of CRM strategies for multiple regions. Sarah’s earlier experience includes digital marketing roles at Fresh Olive Company Ltd and Pomegranate Media Ltd, as well as a career-break adventure across several countries. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from The University of Manchester.
