Victoria Parsonage has built a diverse professional background in customer service and fraud prevention over more than 15 years. Currently serving as an Online Fraud Agent at The Hut Group since August 2018, Victoria has previously held positions including Customer Invoicing Executive at Pure360 (2014 - 2018), Direct Debit Assistant at Palmer and Harvey (2011 - 2014), Archiving Assistant at Brighton & Hove City Council (2010 - 2011), Purchasing Assistant at Atos (2008 - 2009), and Customer Service Assistant at Tesco (2006 - 2008).
