Thiago is a family-built agave spirits brand created in the UK and crafted in Jalisco, Mexico. The journey began over three years ago with a simple question: why was it so hard to find a clean, flavourful agave spirit in the UK?

As we explored the market, it became clear that many flavoured agave products relied heavily on sugar, colouring, or low alcohol content to create flavour. That wasn’t what we were looking for. From the beginning, the intention behind Thiago was different: to create a Rested Agave Spirit that allowed the quality of the base liquid to lead, with flavour added naturally and carefully after resting.

Thiago is made from 100% Blue Agave Reposado Tequila, crafted and bottled in Jalisco at 40% ABV. It contains no added sugar, no colouring, and no artificial shortcuts. Each flavour is designed to complement the spirit, not mask it, resulting in a clean, balanced, and enjoyable drinking experience.

Over the past few years, we’ve immersed ourselves in the realities of the international drinks industry and the highly regulated agave category. That process has shaped not just how Thiago is made, but how it’s spoken about and understood.

Today, Thiago is classified as a Flavoured Rested Agave Spirit, a description that accurately reflects both the liquid and the intention behind it. Large-scale production is now complete, stock is available in the UK, and the brand is entering its next stage of growth alongside trade partners who share our values.

Thiago is not a novelty, and it isn’t built around sweetness or trends. It’s a modern expression of agave, created with patience, clarity, and respect for the liquid itself.
