John Scanlan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic integration, currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Integration at Thibaut Wallpaper, Fabrics & Furniture since July 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing IT projects, leading the development of a successful eCommerce website, and managing the implementation of an extensive Business Intelligence system and a CRM for the sales team. Prior to this role, John served as Project Manager at Dotcom Distribution, where project initiatives enhanced warehouse efficiencies and customer satisfaction, and as Senior Business Analyst at Brother International Corporation, where collaboration on project charters and development of requirement documents were key duties. Additional experience includes roles at Avon Products Inc. and Zinsser, Co., Inc., where John contributed to the implementation of global solutions and managed eCommerce initiatives. John holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Middlesex College.
