Neil Karraz is an experienced Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Thielsch Engineering, where since April 2006, Neil has designed, supervised, and managed various small and capital engineering projects, including bridges, roads, power plants, and tunnels. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Field Engineer at Geisser Engineering Corp from November 2000 to May 2005, gaining experience as a Project Manager at Bailey Bishop & Lane in Florida, focusing on pavement and road design. Neil holds a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, completed between 2003 and 2005.
