Barry Brophy

Barry Brophy is a versatile professional with extensive experience in operations, account management, and business ownership. Currently serving as a Production Operator at Thiess since March 2018, Barry is a Trainer Assessor and a Mines Rescue ERT member, with multi-skilled certifications on various CAT machinery. As the owner of Easy Moving Boxes since July 2016, Barry specializes in providing convenient delivery of moving supplies. Previously, Barry held multiple roles at Ignite Travel Group from December 2012 to March 2018, including Senior Account Executive, and was instrumental in supporting senior account managers and handling various operational tasks. Barry's career began at Bakos Brothers, where Barry served as Branch Manager from August 2007 to October 2012. Barry holds a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the University of South Africa and is further advancing skills through training in Mine Emergency Response and Rescue.
