David Greig

In the formative stages of his career, David was based in Texas, servicing the construction sector, prior to expanding his expertise into both open pit and underground mining in regional Western Australia. This led to David taking on a Perth-based executive role with a global mining services company where he was a key part of the Executive team that successfully transitioned the business from private equity through to initial public offering (IPO). During his 12 years with the company, he had successful postings in Appalachia, Alberta and Chile, where he was responsible for the development and execution of growth, consolidation and diversification strategies within these competitive markets.

Before joining MACA Ltd in 2016, he undertook an Executive Program at INSEAD in Singapore.

On arrival at MACA Ltd, David led Strategy & Growth before taking on the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in 2020. He was elevated to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MACA Ltd, the ASX Listed entity, in 2022.

David sits on the General Council for the WA Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI). He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has been on the Board of the Aboriginal Education Foundation, an NFP focusing on high school education in remote communities of Western Australia.
