Joseph Penna

Joseph Penna is an experienced Maintenance Planner, currently working at Thiess since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph served as a Maintenance Planner at Ravenswood Gold from August 2021 to April 2023, and previously held the same position at Thiess from February 2019 to August 2021. Joseph began a career in engineering as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Thiess and gained practical experience as a Vacation Student at Setch Design Pty Ltd in August 2017, focusing on 3D scanning and custom component design. Additional experience includes a Vacation Student role at Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited from November 2016 to February 2017. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from James Cook University (2014-2018) and a Certificate III in Computer Aided Drafting from TAFE Queensland (2011-2012).
