Manoj Joshi

Manoj Joshi is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Finance Controller & Company Secretary at Thiess since July 2021, Manoj leads the Finance function to uphold global standards in various financial operations. Previous roles include Assistant General Manager-Finance at Devyani International Limited, where involvement in IPO processes took place, and senior financial positions at Harley-Davidson and Xerox. Manoj's career commenced in audit with KPMG India and Agarwal Ravinder & Associates, where robust expertise in various audit functions was gained. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), Cost Accountant (CMA), and a Master’s degree in Commerce, complemented by a Diploma in International Financial Reporting and studies at the Indian School of Business.
