Previously, Sayers held the position of Manager of Mine Maintenance at Jellinbah Mine and Superintendent of Maintenance Engineering at BMA Coal Blackwater Mine, where responsibilities encompassed managing maintenance functions, budget development, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
