Lucile Perri is a Design Leader and certified coach with over 20 years of experience in user experience design and organizational transformation, currently working at Thiga. They have held various prominent positions, including Design Evangelist at Orange and Head of Design & Ops at Société Générale. Lucile has also contributed to the field of education as a professor of Ergonomics and UX Research at Web School Factory and has been involved in coaching transformation at France Travail. They previously founded the jewelry brand Marushka collection and held leadership roles at ERRE Jewellery and Ponceblanc Echantillonnage.
