Thim Ventures (formerly FirstMondayVC) is a private investor group of angels, certified high-net-worth individuals, and family offices investing in early-stage tech companies.

We take a collaborative, educational, and social approach to angel investing, helping investors identify and back high-potential startups from pre-seed to Series A. Our diverse network includes seasoned angels, FTSE 250 board members, VC investors, and Head of Investments across leading global wealth management, investment banking, and tech firms.

To date, we've invested £2M+ directly, with our network helping startups secure over £25M in VC funding. Alongside strong ties with leading VCs and angel groups, we provide strategic capital and hands-on support to accelerate growth.

🔹 For Founders: We continuously screen startups for funding and showcase selected companies at our investor meetings. If you're raising, apply via our intake process.

🔹 For Investors: We collaborate on due diligence, pool resources, and help members build diversified early-stage portfolios. Thim Ventures offers a dynamic community, deep learning opportunities, and access to cutting-edge technology investments.

Our portfolio includes 3AI Unplugged (digital detox cabins), Sprive (fintech mortgage saver), Ridetandem (sustainable transport), and Okko Health (home monitoring eyecare). We also co-invest with leading funds like Ascension Ventures, Cornerstone VC, and Atomico Angels.

Additionally, through Thim Advisors, we offer tailored fundraising advisory and consulting. Our expertise in investment narrative, positioning, and strategy has improved founder funding outcomes by 70%+, helping startups maximise conversion on investment conversations, secure the right investors and success through investment committees.
