Tim Arata

Tim Arata has over 25 years of experience in the business world. Tim began their career in 1991 as a General Manager at Ingersoll-Rand. In 1998, they moved to JP Morgan/Vastera as a Senior Consultant. Two years later, they were hired as a Senior Web Globalization Consultant at Idiom, Inc. In 2002, they became the Managing Director of SWIC Consulting. Three years later, they began working as the Director of Sales at Localize Technologies. In 2006, Arata was hired as the Senior Manager of AppleCare/Apple Localization Worldwide Shared Services at Apple, Inc. In 2017, they moved to WhatsApp Inc. as the Senior Manager of Content and Localization. In 2019, they became an Advisor and VP of Corporate Partnerships at Thimble.io, as well as a Partner at Locale Solutions.

Tim Arata obtained their MBA in International Management from UC San Diego in 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
