Previously, he served as the CEO of BroadSoft, leading the company from its beginnings to successful IPO then subsequent exit to Cisco in 2018 for $1.9b. He scaled BroadSoft to almost 2,000 employees, serving customers in 80+ countries and becoming known as a global market leader in Cloud Communications.
