Mark VanderVoord is a seasoned firmware engineering consultant and owner of ThingamaByte, LLC, since June 2013, specializing in working with embedded software teams to develop robust and maintainable projects through a combination of architecture, design, process, and technical skill. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Firmware Engineer at X-Rite from February 2006 to June 2013, Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Self-Guided Systems, LLC from February 2004 to February 2006, and Senior Project Engineer at Saturn Electronics & Engineering from September 2000 to February 2004.
