Sean Lyons is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as the Platform Support Manager at ThingCo since December 2020, Sean previously held the position of Technical Support Engineer at MBL Solutions from February 2017 to November 2020 and at Global Navigation Solutions Limited and Thomas Gunn Navigation Services Ltd. simultaneously from June 2014 to February 2017. Earlier in the career, Sean worked as a Customer Service Manager at Eutechnyx from November 2011 to July 2014 and as a Senior GM at Blizzard Entertainment from September 2006 to December 2010.
