John Adams

John Adams is the Founder and CEO of The Caisson Group LLC, an executive management coaching and consulting firm based in Marin, California, dedicated to providing exemplary coaching for high-performing CEOs. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, Adams serves as a Strategic Advisor for ThingLogix, Inc., and has held multiple CEO positions at Maximus Real Estate Partners, Reva Technology, Massimo Meat Company, and Fleisher's Craft Butchery. Previously, Adams was the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Coach for Vistage, overseeing several invitation-only advisory boards for CEOs and executives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Strategic Adviser for the World Pension Forum and Vice President of IT and Strategic Advisor at Cartelligent. Adams is a graduate of California State University-Sacramento and is an alum of Robert Louis Stevenson School and MIT Professional Education.
